Outcome Tracker is an approved software system for Outcomes Star, a leading client assessment system from Triangle Consulting Social Enterprise.

Outcomes Star in Outcome Tracker includes allows an organization to:

  • Track and report on Outcomes Star assessments for their clients
  • Generate the Outcomes Star for a client, including multiple readings if desired
  • Generate the Outcomes Star case report
  • Manage more than one star (e.g., Homelessness Star and Family Star Plus)
  • Create custom reports and exports
  • Import client data from spreadsheets

 

Agencies my opt for a license that only includes Outcomes Star or may use Outcomes Star for all of their case management needs (including Outcomes Star).

  • Outcomes Star Basic Plus:  Includes the features of Outcomes Star listed above.
  • Outcome Tracker (full package).  Integrates Outcomes Star assessments with other case management data.  Provides the flexibility to track multiple programs and customize for local needs.

 

VistaShare works with Broadview Applied Research to deliver Outcomes Star management.  Outcomes Star data is stored on Canadian soil for Canadian nonprofits and on US soil for US nonprofits.
