Portal User Privacy Policy

Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by VistaShare, LLC (“VistaShare”) located at 1400 Technology Drive, Harrisonburg VA 22802.  This privacy policy applies to users of an Outcome Tracker client portal.  An “Administrator”, such as a nonprofit organization, an educational institution, a sponsor or a state, can create an Outcome Tracker client portal.  You may create your own Outcome Tracker Portal User Account, or your Outcome Tracker Portal User Account may be assigned to you by the Administrator.  Contact your Administrator for details about creating a Portal User Account.

Administrators use the Services to collect, view, and report on data for people who are associated with the Administrator’s programs.  Your Administrator assigns permission to users who may view your data.  Contact your Administrator if you have questions about their privacy policies.

We may review or reference your data as we implement and support the Services for your Administrator.  We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate information and provide that aggregate information to third parties.  We will not distribute or share your personally identifiable data, except if required to by law or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce the Terms of Service of our agreement with the Administrator, respond to claims that any data violates the rights of third parties, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our staff, our users, or others.  If feasible, we will consult with your Administrator before sharing any data.

We have integration relationships with third-party companies and individuals (“Integration Partners”).  These relationships extend the functionality of our Services and the Integration Partner application or service (“Integrated Service”) by allowing our Services and the Integrated Service to exchange data and to link processes between the two. If your Administrator has chosen to use an Integrated Service, your data may be shared with the Integration Partner.  Contact your Administrator if you have questions about their use of Integrated Services.

Cookies are files Web browsers placed on a computer’s hard drive. They are used to help us authenticate users and provide timesaving shortcuts and preferences. We use a persistent encrypted cookie to save and retrieve individual authentication information as well as other device preferences. We issue a mandatory session cookie to each user of the Services only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. If you reject this cookie, access to and usage of the Services will be denied.
