Overview

Single-site IDA providers can implement Outcome Tracker IDA Basic. IDA Basic provides an out-of-the-box IDA solution that includes:

  • IDA Funders, Projects, and Accounts
  • IDA application
  • IDA outcomes tracking
  • Multiple account types
  • Account deposits, interest/fees, withdrawals, matches
  • Calculation and adjustments of matches
  • Upload bank transactions
  • Distribute reserve account interest
  • Track IDA services (training, counseling)
  • IDA standard reports, including AFI and ORR
  • Import AFI2 or MIS IDA data

Users and Permissions

IDA Basic includes three (3) users per customer and provides standard security groups for permissions. Each security group grants permission to all clients.

Data Conversion

Optionally include services to convert data from AFI2 or MIS IDA into Outcome Tracker.

Implementation Training

Outcome Tracker IDA Basic includes one hour of individualized training. Computer-based training is available to teach users how to manage IDA accounts in Outcome Tracker.  Additional individualized training can be purchased on an hourly basis if needed.
