  • Recorded webinars

In addition, VistaShare staff support customers in the following ways:

  • Help Desk support
  • Account Manager who is dedicated to customer communication and support
  • Newsletters to Administrators
  • News postings to highlight new software features and upcoming events
  • Customer training webinars

These support resources are provided as part of your monthly subscription fee.  Individual training and consulting services are available as needed on an hourly or per day basis.
