Outcome Tracker pricing consists of an initial setup fee and a monthly subscription. Additional professional services are available as needed.

  • Setup & Licensing Fee.  This one-time fee covers the licensing, initial assessment, user training and support for your organization.
  • Professional Services.  On-site and remote training, consulting services, custom report writing, and custom data conversion services are provided according to your needs.
  • Monthly Subscription.  The monthly subscription includes product enhancements, support, and data hosting/backup/security.

VistaShare offers several licensing options for Outcome Tracker:

Outcome Tracker An Outcome Tracker license includes one database and is utilized by a single agency or by a group of agencies running a collaborative program. The setup fee is determined by the size of the organization and the optional modules needed.

Outcome Tracker contains all of the Outcome Tracker Basic features plus Self-service forms (surveys), Data entry forms, Public access forms, Client Portals, Outcome Tracker Mobile, and customizable Security Permissions.

Enterprise License The Enterprise License provides a single licensing fee for a network of agencies, including the license for an aggregate reporting database. Enterprise Licenses are usually utilized by networks with 5 or more agencies that need separate databases along with network-wide reporting.
Outcome Tracker Basic Outcome Tracker Basic provides an alternative for smaller organizations that only need the core features of Outcome Tracker, including the flexibility to create your own fields, activities, and reports.  Some organizations start with the Outcome Tracker Basic package and then upgrade later to take advantage of Outcome Tracker’s advanced features.
